1. 100% Client Code & Asset Ownership
Upon final milestone payment completion, the client holds 100% unrestricted intellectual property ownership of all custom frontend source code, stylesheets, component architectures, and written website copy created during the sprint. We do not operate predatory proprietary CMS lock-ins.
2. The 21-Day Sprint Boundary
Our sprints follow a strict, milestone-governed 21-calendar-day delivery cycle. To ensure on-time launch, client stakeholders must provide brand assets and review feedback within 48 business hours of stage handoffs.
3. 30-Day Post-Launch Technical Warranty
Every production build includes 30 days of comprehensive post-launch warranty coverage. Any critical bug, layout defect, or performance regression is remediated immediately at zero additional expense.
4. Payment Milestones & Invoicing
Fixed-scope sprints are executed with standard 50% project deposit upon kickoff and 50% upon final production deployment and DNS handoff.
